U-Seals

One of the most popular and widely used type of hydraulic and pneumatic seals, the U-seal comes in a variety of loaded and unloaded styles for hydraulic and pneumatic systems for both rod and piston applications.  Styles are available for both standard/inch and metric sizes(loaded styles are primarily stock in standard/inch sizes).  A variety of urethane materials are available for hydraulic applications and as are homogeneous rubbers for pneumatic systems.  We also stock fabric reinforced U-seals, and can provide leather U-seals for odd size dimensions for both hydraulic and pneumatic applications.  Our machined seal program can help with hard to find sizes, styles and materials, and can provide a machined replacement for your unique U-seal need in as little as one week(in most cases, with inbound pre-pay and add air freight).

Standard loaded U-Seal

Standard lip loaded U-seals are designed to be used in rod and piston seal applications. Available in square and deep sizes. ( max pressure; 5,000psi )

( Materials available: Urethane, FKM, Polyester )

B-lip Loaded U-Seal

B-lip loaded U-seals are designed to be used in single acting rod and piston seal applications. The bevelled lip ensures constant sealing. Available in square and deep sizes. ( max pressure; 5,000psi )

( Materials available: Urethane, FKM, Polyester )

605 U-Seal

Type 605 U-seals are designed to be used as a dedicated rod seal. The twin lip design improves sealing, primary lip protection and stability. ( max pressure; 6,000psi )

( Materials available: Urethane, Disogrin DRT )

606 U-Seals

Type 606 U-seals are designed to be used as a dedicated piston seal. Ideal high performance seal for one piece or split pistons. ( max pressure; 6,000psi )

( Material: Urethane )

621 U-Seal

Type 621 U-seals are designed to be used as a high pressure rod seal. This seal combines the performance of the twin lip design and an anti-extrusion ring for high pressure applications. ( max pressure; 10,000psi )

( Material: Urethane )

Homogeneous U-Seal

Homo U-seals are designed for general pneumatic and very low pressure hydraulic sealing applications. A large variety of materials are available for various applications. ( max pressure; 800psi )

( Material: NBR, FKM )
